Lowedges firefighters will be at Lowedges Park this Sunday (15^th August) as part of the Lowedges Festival.

Firefighters have a range of activities and demonstrations planned throughout the day, including:

·         Chip pan fire demonstration

·         Cook off

The event will be open between 12 noon and 6pm.

Lowedges Station Manager Stewart Nicholson said:  “Local people are invited to come along to the park this Sunday, there will be plenty of activities for all the family to enjoy a really good day out.  Our firefighters will be on hand to offer valuable road and fire safety advice”
