Mansfield Road firefighters are inviting local people into the station on Saturday 4^th September for a fun-packed open day.

There will be a range of activities and demonstrations planned throughout the day, including:

·         Road traffic collision demonstration

·         Fire fighting demonstrations

·         Chip pan fire demonstration

·         Aerial Ladder Platform

·         Fire Cadets

·         Stalls including:- Sheffield food – healthy eating plan, Tesco etc

The event will be open between 10am and 4pm.

Mansfield Road Station Manager Bob Taylor said:  “Local people are invited to come along and find out a little more about how things work here at the station.  There will be plenty of activities for all the family to have a really fun day.”
