Doncaster firefighters will be welcoming local people into the station on Saturday 11^th September for a fun-packed open day.

There will be a range of activities and demonstrations planned throughout the day, including:

·         Road traffic collision demonstration

·         Chip pan fire demonstration

·         Primary Care Trust – Health Fitness Checks

·         Fire Police Museum

·         Neighbourhood Response Team

The event will be open between 11am and 4pm.

Doncaster Station Manager Jim Oakes said:  “This is an opportunity for our crews to engage with the local community, and for people to come along and find out a little more about how things work here at the station.  There will be plenty of activities for all the family to have a really fun day.”
