We’re delighted to have incorporated community rooms into the design of our three newest fire stations. Work has also been carried out at a number of our other properties to provide similar facilities. The use of these rooms is free to qualifying community groups, partner organisations and local clubs and societies.

The rooms have been designed to be used by as many eligible members of the community as possible, but you’ll understand that due to constraints within some of our buildings it is not always possible to cater for everybody’s requirements.

Use of our rooms is also subject to some terms and conditions, which you can read here together with an application form, which you’ll need to fully complete in order to book a room.

We’ve also made available hard copies of all the documentation at any of our stations offering community rooms. Please refer to the contact list within the policy when returning your completed forms.
