Industrial Oven Blaze Tackled in Barnsley

More than a dozen firefighters have tackled a blaze at a factory in Grimethorpe, Barnsley.
Firefighters from Royston and Barnsley fire stations were called to the blaze at Thornhill Heat Exchanges, Acorn Way, Grimethorpe at 18.26 on Wednesday evening.
An industrial oven containing rubber was involved in the fire and up to 20 staff were evacuated from the building.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus and a hose reel to put out the fire and left the scene at 20.15.
