Man Burnt In Kitchen Blaze

A Doncaster man has been taken to hospital after a fire in his Intake home.

Firefighters were called to the address on Dorset Crescent at 11.25am on Friday, to reports of a cooking-related fire. They were quickly on the scene and put out the blaze.

The occupier, a man in his 60s, had suffered burns to his hand and smoke inhalation. He was taken to hospital as a precaution by paramedics who attended the incident.
