Man Cut Free From Car

Firefighters have cut a man free from a car in Sheffield.

Crews from Tankersley, Stocksbridge and Barnsley fire stations used cutting gear to free the casualty, after being called to reports of an overturned vehicle at 8.35pm last night.

Paramedics administered first aid at the scene, before the man was taken hospital following the incident on the A616 Stocksbridge Bypass, Sheffield. Firefighters left the scene shortly after 10pm.
