| Expressions of Interest
Location:- Barnsley East Fire Station, Tumbling Lane, Barnsley. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue (SYFR) intends to build a new two-appliance bay fire station with accommodation, community facilities and office space at the above location and seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced companies. (Contractors who do not have suitably qualified, competent personnel will not be considered). SYFR intends to use a restricted tender procedure by issue of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which will be provided on request; PQQ requirements will include 3 years audited accounts, details of insurances, Health & Safety Policy and Equal Opportunities Policy. (Constructionline and CHAS membership will be considered to fulfil these requirements, membership details to be provided); together with details of three referees who may be contacted to verify the Contractors competence, details of similar works completed, and a brief profile of the company.
