Too often hoax calls lead to firefighters being deflected from real incidents, harming response times and ultimately costing lives. We have teamed up with local Police, Ambulance and mobile phone service providers, to cut hoax callers off at source.

Numbers can be paged or disconnected and in many cases are traced to source. This initiative is proving to be very successful.
