| Our Performance - Print Version |
The South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue is committed to continuous performance improvement. To this end, we have set out our Key Delivery Objectives (KDOs) and Key Policy Priorities, our goals and how we intend to achieve them in our Corporate Plan.
We have a structured and systematic approach to support the monitoring and management of our risks and performance. Whilst our primary focus will be towards our KDOs, we measure overall success in how we are doing in our key policy priorities and objectives by using a far wider range of national and local indicators. The KDOs, along with a suite of national and local indicators, are reviewed quarterly by the Corporate Management Board in advance of presentation to the Fire Authority's Performance Committee, where performance is challenged and reviewed.
The Performance Management arrangements we have in place help to join up planning, review, financial management and improvement systems to enable managers to make informed decisions and improve services.
The following pages take into account Best Value, Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA), Integrated Risk Management Planning (IRMP), Modernisation and Statistics. |
