Once you have completed your initial entry level training you will be able to prepare for promotion. Opportunities are available to train in one of the many specialist roles, for example fire safety or community liaison.
For those who wish, they can ultimately rise to a senior management position within the Fire Service and attain a satisfying and challenging career.
