Making an Information Request under FOI

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) a correctly formatted information request must meed the following criteria:

  1. It must be in writing (fax or e-mail are acceptable).
  2. It must contain a contact name and address (we may need to contact you to clarify the request, a telephone number may be useful, we will need somewhere to send the information
  3. It must contain a description of the information required.
Your request should be addressed to the:
