DIY

A small mistake from anyone attempting home DIY could result in a major fire, injury or even death.

When carrying out ANY DIY activities follow these rules to stay safe:

Ensure your workspace is clear of any obstructions.
Keep children and pets safe and away from the workspace.
Make sure tools are safe and in working order.
Be aware of electrical wires, do not leave them coiled, this could cause a fire.
Never attempt to repair any appliance yourself if you are not qualified.
An approved contractor should only repair gas appliances.

DIY at home just to save time or money is an accident waiting to happen. The use of inappropriate materials and equipment can increase the risk of something going seriously wrong.

SWITCH OFF AND UNPLUG ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT WHEN NOT IN USE
