Welcome to our Integrated Risk Management Plan consultation. The Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) is about improving public safety, reducing the number of emergency incidents and saving lives.
We want everybody in South Yorkshire to play a role in shaping the County's Fire and Rescue Service. With this in mind we would like to consult with you as part of the process to improve your Fire and Rescue Service. This is your opportunity to comment on these proposals. We would like to invite you as a key stakeholder to read our draft Integrated Risk Management Plan 2008-2009 and to consider its implications for you, your family, your friends and your business, where applicable. Your comments and views about how we can make our Service better for you are important, and will allow us to set specific objectives for the period 2008-2009.
This consultation will close on 9 May 2008. At the end of the consultation period all responses will be collated and presented to the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority. The Fire and Rescue Authority will then determine the next course of action taking your comments into consideration. The outcomes from this period of consultation will be published on our website and any approved changes to the Service will take place during 2008-2009.
To comment on the proposals please respond by email to: MMcCarthy@syjs.gov.uk
We look forward to receiving your response to this consultation. |
