Organisers of bonfires should ensure the safety of those attending by following these guidelines.


AT THE END OF THE EVENT, THE BONFIRE SHOULD BE EXTINGUISHED WITH WATER.

The guidelines regarding safety of bonfires should be followed whether you are having an organised event or just burning your garden rubbish, etc.

 
IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT CONTACT YOUR COMMUNITY FIRE SAFETY OFFICER AT YOUR LOCAL FIRE STATION.
