Apprenticeships

Apprentices form a core part of our workforce strategy within South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue and we are building in new positions as we review and change our services. Our apprenticeships are offered within a range of our business area including; Business Administration, Human Resources, Electrical, ICT, Vehicle Workshops and a variety of other service improvement roles. These will be advertised on our website as individual opportunities become available.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking applications from those with a real drive to provide high quality services to make the public of South Yorkshire safer and who have a passion for learning new skills and helping others.

Our Core Behaviours of Honesty, Integrity and Respect underpin all of the work that we do and we will seek these within those we recruit.

SYFR welcomes applications from all sections of our community.
