Fire crews tackle Sheffield flat fire

Three fire engines (Lowedges & Central stations) were called to a fire at a flat on Batemoor Drive, Sheffield on Monday morning at 4:15am.

No one was inside the property when crews arrived.  Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels to quickly put the fire out.

Fire crews left the scene at 5:45pm.

The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
