Overnight incidents 26/27 March

A car was deliberately set on fire at 7:25pm last night in a car park at Meadowcroft Gardens, Sheffield. A fire crew from Birley Moor station attended the incident. They left the scene at 7:55pm.

Two fire crews from Elm Lane and Tankersley stations were called out to some conifers on fire at 9:15pm on Bevan Way, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The crews left at 9:45pm.

At 9:35pm three fire crews from Dearne, Adwick and Cudworth stations were called to a fire at the Butchers Arms pub on High Street, Thurnscoe, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left at 11:30pm.

A bin was deliberately set on fire at 9:40pm. on Doe Quarry Terrace, Dinnington, Rotherham. Firefighters from Aston station attended. They left the scene at 10:10pm.

Firefighters from Rotherham station were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 10:10pm at The Maltings, Canklow, Rotherham. The crew came away at 10:35pm.

Another deliberate rubbish fire was also reported at 11:10pm on Canklow Road, Canklow, Rotherham. Rotherham firefighters attended the incident. They left the scene at 11:30pm.

Two bins were deliberately set on fire at 12:10am on Queen Street, Balby, Doncaster. A fire crew from Doncaster station attended. They left at 12:25am.

An Audi car was deliberately set on fire at 1:05am on Limpsfield Road, Sheffield. Elm Lane firefighters attended the incident. They came away at 1:45am.

Three fire crews from Doncaster and Edlington stations attended a fire in a derelict garage at 2am this morning on Ramsden Road, Hexthorpe, Doncaster. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left at 3:10am.
