Overnight incidents 27/28 October 2022

A bin was deliberately set on fire at 8pm on Church Street, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left at 8:35pm.

Firefighters from Barnsley, Stocksbridge and Tankersley stations were called out to an accidental fire at a premise on Market Street, Penistone, Barnsley at 8:10pm. The fire involved the electric meter. Crews left the scene at 9:10pm.

Parkway firefighters attended a deliberate vehicle fire at 8:55pm on Kettlebridge Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 9:20pm.

Three fire crews from Doncaster and Edlington stations attended a two car road traffic collision at 8:55pm on Market Road, Doncaster. No one was trapped, however two casualties were taken to hospital. Fire crews left the scene at 9:35pm.

Edlington firefighters attended a deliberate fire involving a conifer hedge at 12:15am on Cambria Drive, Balby, Doncaster. The crew came away at 12:55am.

A skip was deliberately set on fire at 1:15am on Bookers Way, Dinnington, Rotherham. Firefighters from Aston station attended the incident. They left at 2:10am.

Firefighters from Doncaster station were called out to an accidental car fire at 4:15am on Brampton Lane, Armthorpe, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 4:55am.

Cudworth firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 6:25am on Milgate Street, Royston, Barnsley. The crew came away at 6:45am.
