Overnight incidents 30/31 August 2021

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7pm on Newburn Drive, Sheffield. The fire crew left the scene at 8pm.

Firefighters from Dearne station were called out to an accidental wheelie bin fire at 7:30pm on Slade Road, Swinton, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 8pm.

A moped was deliberately set on fire at 7:40pm on Tickhill Road, Bawtry, Doncaster. Firefighters from Maltby station attended the incident. They left at 8:05pm.

Tankersley firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:50pm on Greenside Lane, Hoyland, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 8:20pm.

A van was deliberately set on fire at 8:50pm on Guildford Avenue, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They came away at 10:10pm.

A VW Polo car was deliberately set on fire at 9:35pm on Bole Hill, Treeton, Rotherham. A fire crew from Aston station attended the incident. They left at 10:30pm.

Four fire crews from Birley Moor, Rotherham and Elm Lane stations attended an accidental premise fire at 9:40pm on Ellis Street, Brinsworth, Rotherham. One man was led safely out of the premise. The fire crews left the scene at 10:55pm.

A wheelie bin was accidentally on fire at 12:50am on St Philip’s Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They left at 1:10am.
