Overnight incidents 6/7 September 2020

A Ford Transit van was deliberately set on fire at 9:10pm on Shipman Balk, Clifton, Doncaster. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They came away at 9:55pm.

Dearne firefighters attended a deliberate car fire at 9:45pm on Cygnet Drive, Mexborough, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 10:35pm.

A fire crew from Rotherham station attended a garden fire involving rubbish and a mattress at 9:55pm on Ferham Road, Holmes, Rotherham. The fire was accidental. The crew left at 10:25pm.

At 10pm last night a fire crew from Thorne station was called out to a deliberate rubbish fire on Alexandra Street, Thorne, Doncaster. The crew left at 10:20pm.

Three fire crews from Tankersley, Rivelin and Parkway stations attended a premise fire at 10:10pm on Mafeking Place, Sheffield. The fire was accidental and involved wiring in the cellar area. The crews left the scene at 11:15pm.

Dearne firefighters attended a road traffic collision involving two cars at 10:45pm on Burman Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. The crew left at 12:05am.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 1:50am on East Bank Road, Sheffield. Central firefighters attended the incident. They came away at 2:330am.

Barnsley firefighters attended a deliberate bin fire at 3:35am on Harborough Hill Road, Barnsley. The crew left at 4:20am.

A HGV was accidentally on fire at 6am this morning on Bawtry Road, Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster. The crew left at 6:25am.
