Weekend incidents 28 February to 1 March

Firefighters from Parkway station attended a car (Ford Focus) fire on Sunday morning at 1:15am on Castledale Croft in Sheffield. The crew used a hose reel to put the fire out before leaving the scene at 1:45am. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.

A VW Passat car was also deliberately set on fire on Stockil Road, Belle Vue, Doncaster at 2:15am on Sunday. Firefighters from Doncaster station were called out to the incident. They left the at 2:35am.

At 6:10pm on Sunday evening firefighters from Tankersley were called out to a vehicle fire on Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley. The fire is thought to have started accidentally. The fire crew left at 6:25pm.
