Man Cut From Car

A man in his mid 50s had to be cut from his car by firefighters after it was involved in a road traffic collision in the centre of Doncaster this afternoon.

Two crews from Doncaster were called to the scene at 12:52pm.  They arrived to find the man trapped in his car and used cutting equipment to free him.

The man was taken to hospital but his injuries were not thought to be life threatening.

Crews left the scene at 1:36pm.
