Central Staffing Team – Resourcing Administrator

Contract: Fixed Term – 6 Months

Salary: Grade 4 (£18,070 - £20,138) Pro-Rata

Hours: Part Time – 14.8 Hours per week

Work Pattern: Flexi Time however cover will be required between 0730-2000 on a rota basis

Location: Headquarters, Eyre Street, Sheffield, S1 3FG

An opportunity has arisen within our Central Staffing Team section for a Resourcing Administrator, based at Headquarters in Sheffield.

The overall purpose of the role will be responsibility for the administration, co-ordination and service delivery of uniformed resources.

Previous experience of undertaking administration duties including word processing, creation of spreadsheets and databases is required.

The post-holder will be expected to input and retrieve information and assist with the production of reports/procedures and station analysis returns.

You must possess experience of Microsoft packages i.e word, powerpoint with strong emphasis on excel.
