Salary: Grade 8 (£32,910 to £35,745)
Hours: 37 hours per Week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend working)

An opportunity has arisen for an OH Advisor to work full time within our small, yet busy team.
As an RGN with a recognised Occupational Health Qualification and a full Driving Licence, you will provide a comprehensive occupational health service anticipating and responding to the changing needs of the service.
With the freedom to travel to all our facilities around the whole of South Yorkshire, you will carry out health assessments and health screening on employees and recruits, undertake case management to determine suitability for, and continuance in, their main role, and any associated SYFR roles for which employed.
You will have the ability to speak easily and confidently to management at all levels, advising and directing in your speciality. You will need experience in making presentations on health promotion aligned with our Health and Wellbeing Manager’s programme.
With a very good working knowledge of the legislation relating to Occupational Health, and Health and Safety, you will be expected to research, draft and contribute to the implementation of occupational health policies, protocols and procedures. The skill to liaise professionally with GP’s, Physiotherapists, Consultants and other health professionals, will be amongst your attributes.
