Post Title: CFRMIS System Administrator Salary: Grade 5 (£19,427 - £21,306) pa Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Headquarters, Eyre Street, Sheffield
Based in the Technical Fire Safety section within the Prevention and Protection Directorate, you will be responsible for the on-going management of the Community Fire Risk Management information System (CFRMIS) database and the development of the administration processes that will support its use. Liaising with Community Fire Safety, you will assist in its implementation within this section.
Your main duties will include the verification of data contained within the system, the creation and delivery of a training package for users of the system, production of policy and end user guidance and provide ongoing technical support and supervision to District Fire Safety Administrators.
With an administration qualification at least equivalent to NVQ/ILM level 3, you will have two years experience of using IT within an administration environment.
You must have experience of managing data systems and experience of working with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel. You will also have experience in collating statistical information and Legislative Fire Safety.
