Firefighters from Dearne, Rotherham, Edlington and Parkway stations were called out to a fire in an unoccupied building at 8:10pm on Main Street, Mexborough, Doncaster. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 10:25pm.

A van was accidentally on fire at 6:55am on Carrs Grove, Cudworth, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left at 7:25am.
