Barnsley firefighters tackled a fire on Bell Bank View, Worsborough at around 2.40am on Friday morning. The used hose reels to extinguish the blaze. It’s thought the fire was started deliberately.

A sofa and rubbish were set alight in a derelict auction building on Skellow Road, Carcroft just after 7pm on Thursday evening. Adwick firefighters responded to the incident.
