Overnight incidents 11/12 August 2022

Doncaster firefighters were called out to an accidental fire involving conifers at 7:10pm on Broomhouse Lane, Balby, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 7:30pm.

Firefighters from Maltby station attended a deliberate grassland fire at 7:15pm on Cemetery Guest Lane, Warmsworth, Doncaster. The crew came away at 8pm.

Tankersley firefighters were called out to a deliberate scrubland fire at 7:50pm on Wright Crescent, Wombwell, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 8pm.

A fire crew from Aston station attended a fire in woodlands at 8pm on Woodsetts Road, North Anston, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 9:35pm.

A derelict caravan was deliberately set on fire at 8:25pm on Springwell Lane, Balby, Doncaster. Firefighters from Doncaster station attended the incident. They left at 9:15pm.

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving stubble and hay at 8:50pm on Thrybergh Lane, Thrybergh, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 9:30pm.

A field was accidentally on fire at 8:50pm on Grange Lane, Maltby, Rotherham. Firefighters from Maltby station attended the incident. They left at 9:30pm.

Birley Moor firefighters were called out to a deliberate field fire on Wesley Avenue, Aston, Rotherham at 9pm. The crew left the scene at 9:55pm.

Firefighters from Central station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 9:25pm on Goathland Drive, Sheffield. The crew came away at 9:45pm.

A detached garage was on fire at 10:15pm on Central Avenue, Woodlands, Doncaster. Firefighters from Adwick station attended the incident. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 10:40pm.

Several bins were deliberately set on fire at 10:50pm on Southey Green Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left at 11pm.

Central firefighters were called out to three wheelie bins that had been deliberately set on fire at 1:10am on Eastern Avenue, Sheffield. The crew came away at 1:30pm.

Firefighters from Rotherham station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 4:05am on Canklow Roundabout, Canklow, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 4:30am.

A skip was deliberately set on fire at 4:55am on Wellgate, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left at 5:25am.

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 6am on High Street in Rotherham Town Centrel. The crew left the scene at 6:20am.
