Overnight incidents 13/14 October 2022

Central firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7pm on Ironside Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 7:20pm.

Firefighters from Cudworth station attended a deliberate fire involving rubbishat 7:45pm on Monkspring, Worsbrough Dale, Barnsley. The crew came away at 8:20pm.

A fire crew from Central station attended a park on Buchanan Road, Sheffield where a swing had been deliberately set on fire at 8:10pm. The crew left the scene at 8:25pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 8:35pm on Mexborough Road, Bolton upon Dearne, Barnsley.  Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left at 9:30pm.

Parkway firefighters were called out to a deliberate van fire at The Circle, Manor, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 10pm.

Firefighters from Edlington station attended a deliberate fire involving cardboard at 9:30pm on Warmsworth Road, Bably, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 9:40pm.

Three fire crews from Doncaster and Edlington stations were called out to a road traffic collision at 10:50pm on Bawtry Road, Bessacarr, Doncaster. There were two casualties from the incident. Firefighters left the scene at 11:35pm.

Birley Moor firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 11:20pm on Challoner Green, Sheffield. The crew came away at 11:30pm.

Firefighters from Cudworth station attended a clothing recycling bin which had been deliberately set on fire at 11:25pm on Midland Road, Royston, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 12:05am.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 12:10am on Prospect Street, Barnsley. Firefighters from Barnsley, Cudworth and Tankersley stations attended the incident. They left at 12:30am.

Thorne firefighters were called out to a deliberate car fire at 1:15am on Low Lane, Braithwaite, Doncaster. The crew came away at 2am.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 2:40am on Junction Close, Wombwell, Barnsley. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 3:35am.
