Overnight incidents 16/17 June 2021

Firefighters from Elm Lane station were called out to a fire in a field at 7:10pm on Dryden Road, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 7:35pm.

Thorne firefighters attended a deliberate grass fire at 7:20pm on Coronation Road, Stainforth, Doncaster. The crew came away at 7:45pm.

A scooter was deliberately set on fire at 7:20pm on Lakeland Drive, North Anston, Rotherham. Firefighters from Aston Park station attended the incident. They left a t7:45pm.

Five fire crews from Adwick, Thorne, Maltby and Doncaster stations were called out to a vacant property at 10pm on Westminster Crescent, Intake, Doncaster. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews came away at 1am.

Parkway firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 10:40pm on Infield Lane, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 11:20pm.

Two wheelie bins were deliberately set on fire at 12:05am on Highgate Lane, Goldthorpe, Barnsley. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 12:35am.

A car was on fire at 2:55am at Whiteways Grove, Sheffield. The cause of the fire is unknown. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They came away at 3:30am.

Rotherham firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 6:05am this morning on Upper Clara Street, Kimberworth, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 6:20am.
