Overnight incidents 2/3 August 2022

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate grass fire at 7pm on Littleworth Lane, Monk Bretton, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 7:20pm.

A motorbike was deliberately set on fire at 7:45pm on Colliery Road, Kiveton Park, Rotherham. Firefighters from Aston station attended the incident. They left at 8:25pm.

Firefighters from Cudworth station attended a deliberate grassland fire at 7:55pm on The Grove, Cudworth, Barnsley. The crew came away at 8:25pm.

Aston firefighters were called out to an accidental fire involving trees and shrubs at 8:25pm on Devonshire Drive, North Anston, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 9pm.

Several fire crews were called out to a large amount of rubbish on fire at 9:30pm on Manor Road, Kiveton Park, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 1:45am.

Rotherham firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 9:45pm on Dovercourt Road, Masbrough, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 10:05pm.

A fire crew from Stocksbridge station attended two recycling bins on fire at 10:15pm on Button Row, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 10:40pm.

A moped was deliberately set on fire at 3:10am on Bentley Close, Monk Bretton, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident at 3:25am.
