Overnight incidents 21/22 February 2022

Firefighters from Adwick station were called out to a deliberate fire involving a mattress and rubbish at 8:15pm on Gosling Gate Road, Goldthorpe, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 9:05pm.

Doncaster firefighters attended a deliberate fire involving a sofa on Radcliffe Mount, Bentley, Doncaster at 8:20pm. The crew came away at 8:40pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 9:40pm on Skye Edge Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They left at 9:55pm.

Dearne firefighters were called out to a road traffic collision at 9:55pm on Melton High Street, West Melton, Rotherham. A vehicle had gone into a wall and accidentally caught fire. The crew left the scene at 10:10pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 10:20pm on Pontefract Road, Lundwood, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left the scene at 11pm.

Firefighters from Rivelin station were called out to a portable toilet which had been deliberately set on fire at 10:45pm on Middlewood Road, Sheffield. The crew came away at 11:10pm.

Two fire crews from Rivelin and Elm Lane station were called out to a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 11:30pm on Willis Road, Sheffield. The crews came away at 11:50pm.

A skip was accidentally on fire at 11:55pm on Sheffield Road, Tinsley, Sheffield. Three fire crews from Rotherham, Elm Lane and Parkway stations attended. The crews left the scene at 12:45am.
