Overnight incidents 23/24 July 2020

Elm Lane firefighters were called out to a fire on an allotment at 7:20pm on Penrith Road, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 8:05pm.

At 7:30pm Rotherham firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish on Wickersley Road, Broom, Rotherham. The crew left at 7:45pm.

A fire crew from Tankersley station attended bushes on fire at 7:55pm on Westwood Lane, Tankersley, Barnsley. The fire was a deliberate fire. Firefighters came away at 8:15pm.

Edlington firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 8pm on Kings Crescent, Edlington, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 8:20pm.

Two fire crews from Cudworth and Dearne station attended a road traffic collision at 8:50pm on Spring Road, Little Houghton, Barnsley. One vehicle was involved and one casualty was trapped. Crews left the scene at 10pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 9:40pm on Garden Street, Darfield, Barnsley. Cudworth firefighters were called out to the incident. They left at 10:10pm.

Doncaster firefighters attended an accidental electrical cable on fire underground at 9:50pm on Somerton Drive, Bessacarr, Doncaster. The crew left at 10:20pm.

A motorbike was deliberately set on fire at 10:20pm on Donovan Road, Sheffield. Elm Lane firefighters were called out to the incident. They left at 10:50pm.

At 11:05pm Adwick firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire on Fordstead Lane, Almholme, Doncaster. The crew came away at 11:40pm.

Two fire crews from Cudworth and Barnsley stations attended a caravan fire at 1:30am on Barnsley Road, Cudworth, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 2:35am.
