Overnight incidents 24/25 November 2020

Adwick firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:25pm on Longthwaithe Lane, Scawthorpe, Doncaster. The crew came away at 8pm.

At 8:05pm a fire crew from Cudworth station attended a deliberate rubbish fire on Sheffield Road, Barnsley. The firefighters left the scene at 8:50pm.

Firefighters from Parkway station were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 9:25pm on Acres Hill Lane, Sheffield. The crew left at 9:35pm.

Three fire engines from Parkway, Birley Moor and Aston stations attended an unoccupied house on Tithe Barn Lane, Sheffield at 10:25pm. The back door of the property was on fire and is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 11pm.

Firefighters from Elm Lane, Rivelin and Parkway stations were called out to a road traffic collision at 3:30am on Hartley Brook Avenue, Sheffield. A car had collided with a parked car which went into a premise. One person was trapped in the car but luckily there were no reports of any serious injuries. The crews left the scene at 4:15am.

Central firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 6:45am this morning on Shore Lane, Sheffield. The crew left at 7:20am.
