Overnight incidents 26/27 January

Doncaster firefighters were called out to shopping trolley filled with wood on fire at 7:30pm on Woodfield Way, Balby, Doncaster. It was a deliberate fire. The crew left at 8pm.

At 7:50pm a BMW car was on fire on Pilley Lane, Pilley, Barnsley. Tankersley firefighters were called out to the incident. It was an accidental fire. The crew left at 8:45pm.

Firefighters from Dearne station were called out to a rubbish fire on Wharf Road, Kilnhurst, Rotherham at 9:10pm. It was a deliberate fire. The crew left at 10:05pm.

Three fire engines from Edlington, Rotherham and Adwick stations attended a road traffic collision at 9:15pm on Harlington Court, Denaby Main, Doncaster. A car had gone into a house. There were two casualties at the scene. The crews left at 10:40pm.

At 12:30am Elm Lane station were called out to taxi on fire on Wincobank Avenue, Sheffield. It was an accidental fire. The crew left at 12:50am.

Two fire crews from Doncaster station were called out to a chip pan fire at 1am on Beckett Road, Wheatley, Doncaster. It was an accidental fire. The crews left at 1:40am.

Firefighters from Parkway and Elm Lane stations attended an incident on High Hazels Park, Infield Lane, Sheffield. It was a shed fire which had been started deliberately. The crews left at 2:55am.

A transit van was deliberately set on fire at 2:50am on Old Cross Lane, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. Dearne firefighters attended the incident. They left at 3:45am.
