Overnight incidents 29/30 June 2022

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:05pm on Snail Hill, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 7:30pm.

Fire crews from Barnsley, Elm Lane, Cudworth and Tankersley stations attended a fire in a derelict industrial building at 7:20pm on Cross Keys Lane, Hoyland Common, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. Crews came away at 9:15pm.

Firefighters from Parkway station were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:25pm on Fishponds Road West, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 7:50pm.

Cudworth firefighters attended a deliberate grass fire at 7:35pm on Station Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. The crew left the scnee at 8:15pm.

A fire crew from Rotherham station attended a deliberate fire involving rubbish at 7:40pm on Stairfoot Way, Stairfoot, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 8:15pm.

Elm Lane firefighters were called out to an old mattress on fire at 10:45pm on Lloyd Street, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 11:05pm.

A clothing bin was deliberately set on fire at 11:55pm on Ranyard Road, Balby, Doncaster. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They left at 12:33am.
