Overnight incidents 6/7 April 2022

Edlington firefighters were called out to a deliberate grass fire at 7:50pm on Bolton Street, Denaby Main, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 8:25pm.

Firefighters from Central station attended a deliberate fire involving rubbish at 9:10pm on Manor Lane, Sheffield. The crew came away at 9:30pm.

Three fire crews from Rotherham, Parkway and Elm Lane stations were called out to a boat on fire on a trailer at 9:40pm on Camklow Road, Canklow, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 10:40pm.

A skip was deliberately set on fire at 9:50pm on Whitwell Lane, Sheffield. Firefighters from Stocksbridge station attended the incident. They left at 10:45pm.

Maltby firefighters were called out to a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 10:15pm on Fitzwilliam Road, Eastwood, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 10:40pm.

Two fire crews from Doncaster station were called out to a road traffic collision at 11pm on Zetland Road, Town Fields, Doncaster. Two cars were involved in the incident.  There was one casualty at the scene. Firefighters came away at 11:20pm.

Firefighters from Rotherham station attended an accidental fire involving an industrial bin at 11pm on Fieldway, Northfield, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 11:45pm.

A moped was deliberately set on fire at 11:25pm on Doncaster Road, Dalton, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 11:55pm.
