Overnight incidents 6/7 January

Two wheelie bins were deliberately set on fire at 8:10pm on Jaunty Lane, Sheffield. Firefighters from Birley Moor station attended and lef the scene at 8:20pm.

Firefighters from Edlington station were called to a rubbish fire on Common Lane, Clifton, Doncaster at 8:20pm. Firefighters used a hose reel to the fire out before leaving the scene at 9:40pm.  This was a deliberate fire.

Birley Moor station attended a deliberate rubbish fire on Meadow Gate Avenue, Sheffield at 8:40pm. The crew left the scene at 8:55pm

Two vehicles were deliberately set fire on Anfield Road, Cantley, Doncaster at 8:45pm last night. Two fire engines from Doncaster station attended. A car and a van were well alight when the crews arrived. They used hose reels to put the fire out before leaving the scene at 9:20pm.

A Landrover car was deliberately set on fire at 11pm last night on Smithy Wood Road, Chapeltown, Sheffield. Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left the scene at 11:45pm.

A portagle gas fire caught fire last night at a premise on Bramwel Street, Eastwood, Rotherham at 11:40pm. Rotherham station were called out to the incident. This was an accidental fire. Firefighters left at 12:10am.

At 12:55am a vehicle was deliberately set on fire on Bahram Grove, New Rossington, Doncaster. Firefighters from Doncaster station attended. They left at 1:40am.

Cudworth station attended a number of recycling bins on fire on Midland Road, Royston, Barnsley. Firefighters attended the incident at 5am this morning. This was a deliberate fire.  The crew left at 5:30am.

Four vehicles were on fire this morning at 5:00am in a car park on High Common Lane, Tickhill, Doncaster. It was an accidental fire. Cudworth firefighters left the scene at 5:30am.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 6:10am this morning on Spring Walk in the Rotherham town centre. Rotherham station attended and quickly put the fire out before leaving the scene at 6:45am.
