Overnight incidents 9/10 June 2021

Firefighters from Edlington station have attended a deliberate fire involving furniture and rubbish at 8:15pm on Princes Crescent, Edlington, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 8:50pm.

At 10:15pm firefighters from Dearne station were called out to a fire involving rubbish and a tree on Wath Road, Bolton upon Dearne, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 11pm.

Rotherham firefighters attended a bonfire which had accidentally spread to trees and fencing at 10:30pm on Broadway East, East Dene, Rotherham. The crew came away at 11:10pm.

A fire crew from Elm Lane station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 10:35pm on New Droppingwell Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 11pm.

A mini bus was deliberately set on fire at 11:30pm on Little Lane, Clay Lane, Doncaster. Two fire crews from Doncaster station attended the incident. They left at 12:15am.

Central firefighters attended a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 1:05am on Bolton Street, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 1:20am.

At 1:35am firefighters from Central station were called out to an accidental wheelie bin fire on South Quay Drive, Sheffield. The fire crew left the incident at 2am.

Firefighters from Doncaster station attended a fire involving conifers at 4:30am on Apley Road, Hyde Park, Doncaster. The cause of the fire is not known. Firefighters left the scene at 5:30am.

Edlington firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 5:45am this morning on Baines Avenue, Edlington, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 6:20am.
