Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at SYFR

Here at South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue, we know that for us to be a safer and stronger fire service we must be a truly inclusive service.  We must satisfy the needs of our diverse communities by providing efficient and effective response, prevention and protection services.

Our inclusion and equality agenda will help make South Yorkshire safer by ensuring that we value equally and engage with all of our employees and communities and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
