Overnight incidents 15/16 February 2022

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving a fence and scrub land at 8pm on Wath Road, Brampton Bierlow, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 8:15pm.

Firefighters from Rotherham station attended an accidental car fire at 8:20pm on Gardens Lane, Conisbrough, Doncaster. The crew came away at 9pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 8:30pm on York Road, Dunscroft, Doncaster. Firefighters from Thorne station attended the incident. They left at 8:45pm.

Adwick firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 10pm on Coppice Road, Highfields, Doncaster. The crew came away at 10:20pm.

Three fire crews from Central and Rivelin stations were called out to a flat on Abbeydale Road, Sheffield at 10pm. The small fire is believed to have started accidentally due to a deodorant can which has been next to a radiator and had exploded. All occupants were already out of the property when crews arrived and luckily there were no reports of any casualties. The crews left the scene at 11:35pm.

Firefighters from Parkway station attended a bin fire at 10:20pm on Jubliee Road, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 10:35pm.

A vehicle was accidentally on fire at 12:05am on Smithies Lane, Smithies, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left at 12:45am.
