Overnight incidents 14/15 February 2022

Adwick firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving a mattress at 10:10pm on Cusworth Road, Bentley, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 10:25pm.

Several fire crews attended a premise fire at 1:05am on Ecclesfield Road, Shiregreen, Sheffield. The attic and roof area were well alight. The two occupants were suffering from smoke inhalation and were left in the care of the ambulance crews. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. Crews left the scene at 5:10am.

Three fire crews from Rotherham, Central and Aston stations were called out to an accidental fire in an industrial premise at 1:15am on Sheffield Road, Templeborough, Rotherham. The crews left the scene at 3:40am.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 2:45am on Alfred Road, Instoneville, Doncaster. Firefighters from Adwick station attended the incident. They left at 3:15am.

Tankersley firefighters were called out to a deliberate vehicle fire at 3:25am on Woodhead Road, Grenoside, Sheffield. The crew came away at 4:05am.
