Overnight incidents 16/17 September 2021

Three fire crews from Barnsley, Cudworth and Tankersley stations were called out to an accidental premise fire at 7:10pm on Bank End Road, Worsbrough Dale, Barnsley. The fire was in a bedroom. Luckily there were no reports of any casualties. The crews left the scene at 9pm.

Firefighters from Dearne, Cudworth and Tankersley stations attended a premise fire at 8:40pm on Doncaster Road, Barnsley.  The fire was in a bedroom and one man was rescued from the property by firefighters. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The crew left the scene at 9:50pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 9:45pm on Princes Crescent, Edlington, Doncaster.  Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They came away at 9:55pm.

A Kia car was deliberately set on fire at 10:05pm on Holgate Avenue, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane Station attended the incident. They left at 10:35pm.

Two wheelie bins were deliberately set on fire at 10:55pm on Division Street, Sheffield. A fire crew from Central station attended the incident. They left the scene at 11:05pm.

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving a number of car tyres at 6:30am on Robinets Road, Wingfield, Rotherham. The crew came away at 7:05am.
