Firefighters at an incident

Overnight incidents 18/19 March 2021

Two fire crews from Doncaster station were called out to a premise on Stretton Close, Cantley, Doncaster at 7:30pm. The fire was in the airing cupboard and had started accidentally. The crews came away at 7:55pm.

Firefighters from Central station attended a fire involving a wheelie bin and logs at 7:35pm on Spring Close Mount, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 8:15pm.

Maltby firefighters were called out to a deliberate grass fire at 8:20pm on Thicket Drive, Maltby, Rotherham. They came away at 9pm.

At 9pm firefighters from Adwick station were called out to a deliberate fire involving a tree and rubbish on Lodge Road, Skellow, Doncaster. The crew left the incident at 9:15pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 10:05pm on Keppel Place, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They came away at 10:50pm.

Adwick firefighters were called out to a fire involving an e-cigarette which was on charge at 10:50pm on Princess Street, Woodlands, Doncaster. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The crew left the scene at 11:20pm.

At 5:10am this morning a fire crew from Elm Lane station attended a premise on Upwell Street, Sheffield. A generator was accidentally on fire. The crew left the scene at 6am.
