Overnight incidents 19/20 January

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 7:25pm on Derry Grove, Thurnscoe, Barnsley.  Firefighters from Cudworth station attended. They left at 7:55pm.

Firefighters from Lowedges station were called out to a motorbike which had been deliberate set on fire at 8:05pm on Dyche Lane, Sheffield. The crew left at 8:35pm.

Two fire engines from Barnsley and Tankersley attended a road traffic collision at 10:45pm on Lowe Lane, Stainborough, Barnsley. Two vehicles were involved and there was one casualty. The crews left at 11:15pm.

At 1:40am a Ford Ka was deliberately set on fire on Steel Street, Holmes, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham station were called out to it. They left at 2:25am.

A skip was deliberately set on fire on Alma Road, Moorgate, Rotherham at 3:35am. Rotherham station attended the fire. The crew left at 3:55am.

At 6:45am this morning three fire engines from Cudworth, Barnsley and Adwick were called out to a road traffic collision on the A616, Barnsley. Around six vehicles were involed and there were a number of casualties. One person was extricated from a vehicle. The crews left at 7:40am.
