Overnight incidents – 20/21 November

Firefighters from Adwick were called to West Moor Link, Edenthorpe, at 8.02pm. Upon arrival they found a small fire in the engine bay of a car. This was dealt with by 8.36pm and the fire is not thought to be suspicious.

Firefighters from Rivelin were called to Main Road, Wharncliffe, at 11.35pm. Upon arrival they found an abandoned BMW well alight. This was dealt with by 0.31am and it is thought the fire started accidentally following a collision with several walls.

Firefighters from Barnsley were called to Cypress Road, Kendray, at 11.42pm. Upon arrival they found a Mini Cooper well alight. This was dealt with by 0.31am and is thought to have been started deliberately.
