Overnight incidents 9/10 November 2020

Firefighters from Birley Moor station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 8:05pm on Dyke Vale Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 8:40pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 9:10pm on Busk Park, Sheffield. A fire crew from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They came away at 9:30pm.

At 10:15pm a fire crew from Parkway station attended a tree which had been deliberately set on fire on Prince of Wales Road, Sheffield. The firefighters left the scene at 10:40pm.

Three fire engines from Barnsley, Cudworth and Tankersley were called out to a wheelie bin on fire in a bin store at 10:30pm on New Street, Staincross, Barnsley. The cause of the fire is not known. The crews left the scene at 12:20am.

At 12:05am Adwick firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire on Borrowdale Close, Carcroft, Doncaster. The crew came away at 12:35am.

Two fire crews from Rotherham and Dearne station attended a barn fire at 5:20am this morning on Claypit Lane, Rawmarsh, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 7am.
