Weekend incidents 21/23 May 2021

Elm Lane firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving a moped at 9:10pm (Saturday) on Longley Hill Rise, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 9:30pm.

Two fire crews from Parkway and Elm Lane stations attended an accidental car fire on the M1 between Junction 35 and 34 northbound at 10:15pm (Saturday). The firefighters left the scene at 10:55pm.

At 11:05pm (Saturday) firefighters from Parkway and Central stations were called out to a deliberate vehicle fire on Cuthbert Cooper Place, Sheffield. The crews came away at 11:50pm.

Two HGV’s were deliberately set on fire at 3:15am (Sunday) on Main Street, Bromley, Rotherham. Firefighters from Maltby and Aston stations attended the incident. They came away at 4:55am.

A vehicle was deliberately set on fire on Greasbrough Road, Northfield, Rotherham at 8:20am (Sunday). Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left at 8:40am.

Rivelin firefighters were called out to a motorbike which had been deliberately set on fire at 4:05pm (Sunday) on Galsworthy Avenue, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 4:35pm.
