Weekend incidents 28/31 May 2021

A van was deliberately set on fire at 12:55am (Saturday) at Bernard Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They left at 1:35am.

Elm Lane firefighters were called out to a deliberate motorbike fire at 12:15pm (Saturday) at Longley Park, Crowder Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 12:40pm.

Firefighters from Barnsley station attended an accidental fire involving conifers at 12:25pm (Saturday) on Philip Road, Kendray, Barnsley. The fire crew left the scene at 1pm.

Firefighters were called out to a commercial building fire at 4:40pm (Saturday) on Darnall Road, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. Crews from Central, Elm Lane and Parkway left the scene at 11:45pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 12am (Sunday) at Oaks Lane, Midhopestones, Sheffield. Firefighters from Tankersley station attended the incident. They left the scene at 12:50am.

Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended a deliberate car fire at 3am at Gregg House Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 3:20am.

At 11:55am (Sunday) firefighters from Rotherham station attended conifers on fire at Hague Avenue, Rawmarsh, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The crew came away at 12:25pm.

A motorbike was deliberately set on fire at 9:15pm (Sunday) on Buchanan Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They came away at 9:30pm.

Birley Moor firefighters were called out to a deliberate motorbike fire at 10:35pm (Sunday) on Birley Vale Avenue, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 11:10pm.

Two fire crews from Central station attended a caravan fire at 1:45am (Monday) on Baron Street, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 2:20am.
